TENDER DESCRIPTION

1) A detailed description of the service that is the subject of this procedure includes the “Description of the subject of the contract”, constituting Appendix No 2 to the Draft contract, which is Appendix No 11 to the SWZ (this description should be read together with changes to the content of the SWZ, for example resulting from answers to requests submitted by contractors), and the assortment-and-price sheet constituting Appendix No 2.1 to the SWZ. 2) The procedure is conducted using the procedure referred to in Article 139 of the Act. The Contracting Authority will apply the so-called reverse order of evaluation, i.e. it will first examine and evaluate the tenders, and then it will carry out the contractor’s subject-matter qualification in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure for the contractor whose tender has been evaluated as the highest. 3) The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility for the Contractor to carry out a site visit and for the Contractor to check the documents necessary to perform the contract available on the Contracting Authority’s premises, referred to in Article…
