Part 1. Serological centrifuges 1. The subject of the contract is the service of performing post-warranty technical inspections, diagnostics and repairs of centrifuges in Field Stations and the Medical Team at the Military Blood Donation and Blood Treatment Center SPZOZ. 2. A detailed description of the service subject to this procedure is contained in the "Description of the subject of the contract" which constitutes Annex No. 2 to the Draft Agreement constituting Annex No. 11 to the TOR. This description should be read together with the amendments to the content of the TOR, resulting, for example, from the answers given to contractors' inquiries. 3. The Contractor is obliged to execute the contract on the terms and conditions described in the draft agreement constituting Annex No. 11 to the TOR. ---SUBJECTIVE EVIDENCE MEANS Detailed information is included in Chapter XII.
