TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is a comprehensive service of decorating with light Christmas decorations in the 2026/2027 season of areas within the administrative jurisdiction of the Kołobrzeg City Municipality. The contract includes the rental of decorations, in accordance with the parameters described in Part III of the SWZ — the description of the subject matter of the contract, their delivery, installation, ongoing service, and dismantling. The decorations should reflect the festive décor and the aesthetics of the area in an original way, allowing the most interesting visual effects to be achieved while also being energy-efficient through the use of LED lighting.
