TENDER DESCRIPTION

1) The subject matter of the contract as a whole includes: 1. Delivery of the WTP Central Passenger Information System (cSIP), consisting of at least: (a) a central application publishing timetable data in GTFS/NeTEx format, propagating passenger content, and supervising e-ink displays of passenger information, (b) an application component modelling the departure prediction for WTP vehicles from urban communication stops and presenting it on e-ink displays, and publishing vehicle location data in GTFS-RT/SIRI format, which will fulfil at least the following needs of passengers:  - provide easy access to timetables and routes;  - provide fast information about delays, changes or failures; - provide intuitive and unambiguous dynamic and static stop information (offline and online). In addition, the system will enable:  - fast updating of stop information in the event of changes to the routes of bus or tram lines; - fast and large-scale updating of timetables in the event of their change; - presenting additional information (notifications, warnings) on displays—used by ZTM, including at all or selected stops (via the electronic board display system). 2.
