TENDER DESCRIPTION

Service for providing accommodation and meals during a defence preparedness training session in the period 14–16.10.2026 1. The subject of the contract is a service to provide accommodation and meals during a defence preparedness training session in the period 14–16.10.2026. 1.2.1. The service includes providing accommodation and meals for 45 persons: 2 nights for all training participants in 21 two-person rooms with single beds, with a bathroom and WC, and in 3 single-person rooms with a bathroom and WC (if single-person rooms are not available, the Contracting Authority allows a single participant to be accommodated in a two-person room). 1.2.2. Provision of a conference room and parking. 1.3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including the minimum requirements regarding quality and the scope of the ordered service, is included in Annex No 1 to the Draft Provisions of the Contract. 2.
