TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is: conducting analysis, designing, executing, implementing on the Contractor's server the website along with a CMS (Content Management System) and necessary functionalities in both test and production versions, performing an independent security audit, preparing post-implementation documentation including a CMS user manual, and conducting training for persons responsible for website operation, providing a secure SSL certificate for the implemented websites, encoding Polish characters according to the UTF-8 standard, as well as maintaining the website and providing technical support for 24 months from the date the website is published on the contracting authority's domain.
