TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the provision of a property management service for a property located in Krosno at Bieszczadzka Street 5. Management is to be carried out on the basis of legal provisions, in particular the provisions of Chapter 3 Property Management, Article 185(2) and the subsequent provisions, of the Act of 21.08.1997 on real estate management (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 399, as amended) and the Act of 7.07.1994 Construction Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418, as amended). A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
