TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the service of remote provision of an automated SMS message sending system and the service supporting management of SMS message sending from the central systems of the National Tax Administration. 2. The Contracting Authority requires, as part of performance of the subject matter of the contract, that the Contractor, inter alia: - provides the Contracting Authority with a service enabling mass sending - up to a maximum of 33,330,000 SMS messages (in words: thirty-three million three hundred thirty thousand), consisting of text SMS messages from the Contracting Authority’s IT systems, hereinafter referred to as the System, to recipients across all mobile networks within the territory of the country, operating at the time the contract is concluded and created during the term of the contract, in accordance with the following definition: a) Standard SMS — an SMS text message with its own sender field successfully delivered to mobile network operators within a maximum of 30 sec.
