TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is a service involving the collection, transport to a further management location, and recovery of waste with codes assigned in accordance with the annex to the Regulation of the Minister of Climate of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalogue (Journal of Laws 2020, item 10), divided into three parts. Part No 1 – infrastructure – a service involving the collection of waste from the places where it is stored on the premises of the garrisons in Wędrzyn, Skwierzyna, Międzyrzecz, Krosno Odrzańskie, Czerwieńsk, Sulechów, Nowogród Bobrzański, Radnica, the transport to a further management location, and the recovery of waste with codes assigned in accordance with the annex to the Regulation of the Minister of Climate of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalogue (Journal of Laws 2020, item 10) listed in Tables No 1 and 2. 2. The contract template, Annex No 8 to the SWZ, supplements the description of the subject matter of the contract and constitutes an integral part of the Terms of Reference (Specyfikacja Warunków Zamówienia). 1.
