TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. As part of the performance of the contract, the Ordering Party requires that the following be carried out: I. Basic scope - Annex No. 1, No. 2 to the SWZ (basic location). II. Scope under the Option Right - Annex No. 1, No. 2 to the SWZ (station tracks). 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the Contract is contained in Annex No. 1, No. 2 to the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party provides for the application of the procedure referred to in Article 139(1) of the PZP Act, i.e. the Ordering Party will first carry out the examination and evaluation of tenders, and then will carry out the contractor’s qualification with respect to the entity whose tender was evaluated as the highest, in the scope of the absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the Procedure. 4. The procedure will be conducted in the Polish language using electronic communication means through the Ordering Party’s Procurement Platform at the address: https://kolejeslaskie.eb2b.com.pl .
