TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract is catering and gastronomic services for the implementation of the Lower Silesian Innovation Forum 2026 within the project "Innovative Lower Silesia". 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for its implementation have been specified by the Contracting Authority in the Draft contract, in particular in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract (hereinafter: DDSC), constituting Annex No. 1 to the Draft contract, collectively constituting Annex No. 8 to these ToS. 1.
