TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of expert services in the scope of tasks carried out by the Ministry of Health under the National Plan for Counteracting Crimes against Sexual Freedom and Decency to the Detriment of Minors for 2023 – 2026. The contract includes: - Developing informational materials on disorders of sexual preference - Developing a concept for the operation of a dedicated telephone information and support line regarding the area of counteracting crime against sexual freedom and decency to the detriment of minors - Legal and expert analyses. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter referred to as the SoPZ), containing a description of the minimum requirements for a given part, constitutes an appendix to the SWZ.
