MEDICAL SERVICES IN THE FIELD OF OCCUPATIONAL MEDICINE The subject of the contract is the provision of medical services (preventive, pre-employment, periodic and follow-up examinations, specialist consultations, issuing medical certificates) for professional soldiers and employees of the Ministry of National Defence in the field of Occupational Medicine from the 8th Transport Aviation Base Kraków-Balice, as well as for professional soldiers and employees of the Ministry of National Defence of military units, which are maintained for logistical supply by the 8th BLTr, namely: 360 PRDZ, 3 GPR, WCR Oświęcim, WCR Nowy Targ, 2 CKOP, RCI Kraków, 1.RODN, 3 GRO.
