TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is: 1. within the scope of the basic contract (hereinafter referred to as: "Basic Contract"), performing construction supervision for the task of reconstructing a ford in the Gawłowskie forest division, comp. 10f, in the Ujsoły Forest District. The detailed description is provided in Annex No 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract. Within the performance of the contract, the Contractor shall be required to carry out the full scope of activities specified in the provisions of the Act of 7 July 1994 - Construction Law and in implementing regulations for the building supervision inspector, in accordance with applicable standards, the rules of construction art, and in accordance with professional ethics, which is described in detail in Annex No 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract. 2. preparation of a counter-expertise (verification, checking the correctness and completeness of design documentation before the next stage of project implementation) for the developed design-and-cost estimate documentation for the reconstruction of the ford in the Gawłowskie forest division, comp. 10f, in the Ujsoły Forest District.
