TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is: 1. under the basic contract (hereinafter referred to as: “Basic Contract”), providing construction supervision for the task of refurbishing an ocular culvert in the Racza forest division, comp. 639a, in the Ujsoły Forest District. The detailed description is provided in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract. Under the contract performance, the Contractor shall be required to carry out the full scope of activities specified in the provisions of the Act of 7 July 1994 - Construction Law and in implementing regulations for the building supervision inspector, in accordance with applicable standards, the rules of construction practice and in accordance with professional ethics, which is described in detail in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract. 2. preparing a counter-opinion (verification, checking correctness and completeness of design documentation before the next stage of project implementation) for the prepared design-and-cost estimate documentation for the refurbishment of an ocular culvert in the Racza forest division, comp. 639a, in the Ujsoły Forest District.
