TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract includes: 1) under the basic contract (hereinafter: the “Basic Contract”), providing investor supervision for the tasks involving the reconstruction of 2 pipe culverts into culverts with a natural bed in the Koszarawa Cicha forest section. The detailed description is set out in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract. As part of contract performance, the Contractor will be required to carry out the full scope of activities specified in the provisions of the Act of 7 July 1994 - Construction Law and in the implementing regulations for the building supervision inspector, in accordance with the applicable standards, the rules of construction practice, and in accordance with professional ethics, which has been described in detail in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract. 2) the preparation of a counterexpert report (verification, checking the correctness and completeness of design documentation prior to the next stage of project implementation) for the prepared design-and-cost estimate documentation for the reconstruction of 2 pipe culverts into culverts with a natural bed in the Koszarawa…
