TENDER DESCRIPTION

Waste collection and transport services from the Prison Facility in Pińczów The subject of the contract is the collection and hauling of unsorted, compacted municipal waste (in a manner that does not damage the Contractor’s containers) from the Prison Facility in Pińczów during the period from 02.10.2026 for 6 months. The estimated amount of waste during the term of the contract will be approximately: 360 m³. The following CPV group is established, according to which the contracting authority aggregated the subject matter of the contract: 90500000 -2 Waste-related services, which includes: 90513200-8 Service for hauling solid municipal waste; Hauling waste from the premises of the Prison Facility in Pińczów to a landfill that has the appropriate permit for processing municipal waste. The service will be carried out successively as required by the Contracting Authority during the term of the contract using a specialised means of transport at the expense and risk of the Contractor.
