TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the collection and management of mixed municipal waste and municipal waste collected separately from residential properties, as well as the collection and management of sorted municipal waste from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point (Punkt Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych) in the area of the Municipality of Tuszów Narodowy in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. The Contracting Authority provides containers for mixed waste, while the Contractor provides bags for collecting separately collected waste. The contract must be performed in a manner that ensures achievement of appropriate recycling levels, preparation of waste for reuse and recovery by other methods, and limiting the amount of municipal waste undergoing biodegradation that is delivered for landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 399, as amended).
