TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of postal services in domestic and international mail, including the collection, acceptance, transport and delivery of consignments and their possible return, for 273 of the Contracting Authority’s local units. 2. The Contractor is required to perform the subject of the contract no earlier than from 4 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, or until the maximum contract value is exhausted, whichever of these events occurs earlier. 3. The Contracting Authority requires that, during the performance of the subject of the contract, the Contractor employs employees under an employment contract in accordance with Article 22(1) of the Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, as amended), for not less than 80% of the total employment, including the following activities: delivering consignments to addressees, leaving notices (notices of attempted delivery) and issuing the notice-awaiting consignments to addressees. 4.
