TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is services involving the removal of vehicles from roads, residential zones and traffic zones located within the Białystok County area, and their storage in a guarded car park, in accordance with the Act of 20 June 1997 – Road Traffic Law (Dz.U.2024.1251 consolidated text), hereinafter referred to as the “Road Traffic Law Act”. The services forming the subject of the contract will be provided within the following scope: Part I – vehicles not transporting hazardous materials. The scope of the subject matter includes – in the case of vehicles not transporting hazardous materials: vehicle removal services and their storage in a guarded car park in accordance with Article 130a of the Road Traffic Law Act and the regulation of the Minister of the Interior and Administration of 22 June 2011 on the removal of vehicles the use of which may endanger safety or public order of road traffic, or which hinder the conduct of rescue operations (Dz.U. of 2018, item 2285, as amended).
