TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision, for the term of the contract, of transport services for corpses or human remains from the place where the corpse or human remains are issued to the place of destination indicated by the Contracting Authority or by a Police officer, using road transport means. The service includes transport from non-public places. Transport of corpses from public places is among the tasks of the district pursuant to Article 13 of the Act of 31 January 1959 on cemeteries and burial of the dead (Journal of Laws 2025, item 1590, consolidated text). Public places are all places accessible to an unlimited, in terms of the number of people and subject, group of persons, in particular streets, parks, sidewalks and other places of public use. The first part, covering transport services from the place of issuance located within the jurisdiction of the District Prosecutor’s Office in Strzyżów, i.e. the town of Strzyżów, and the area of the following communes: Czudec, Frysztak, Niebylec, Strzyżów and Wiśniowa.
