TENDER DESCRIPTION

3.1. The subject of the contract is the provision of service, maintenance and engineering services in respect of the DCS Valmet DNA control system operated at the Waste Thermal Treatment Plant in Kraków, covered by warranty until 07.09.2026. The Contractor’s performance of the subject matter of the contract may not include: 3.1.1. ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes indicated in the recommendation referred to in Article 33(4) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the National Cybersecurity System (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 20, as amended), which states their negative impact on the State’s basic security interest; 3.1.2. an ICT product whose type has been specified in the decision on recognising the supplier as a high-risk supplier referred to in Article 67b(15) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the National Cybersecurity System, or ICT services or ICT processes specified in that decision – failing which the tender shall be rejected pursuant to Article 226(1)(17) and (19) of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp) 3.2.
