TENDER DESCRIPTION

Service, technical and utilities services at "AFRYKARIUM - OCEANARIUM" located at ul. Wróblewskiego 1 - 5 in Wrocław, together with the areas adjacent to the building, i.e. a building with an area of 17,431.06 m2, together with a pool located along the building with an area of 2,000.00 m2, an entrance zone with an area of 817.76 m2, and underground external tanks along with installations, situated on a property constituting part of the plot marked by the registration number 2/2, located in Wrocław at ul. Wróblewskiego 1 - 5, registered in the land and mortgage register under the number KW WR1K/00076199/4 held by the District Court in Wrocław, IV Land and Mortgage Register Division, hereinafter referred to as the Facility.
