TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services in the office of the Technical Inspection of Transport (hereinafter: TDT) based in Warsaw and the TDT Field Branch in Warsaw, located in the building at 125 Puławska Street in Warsaw, and the provision of cleaning and maintaining order in the external area adjacent to the building. The services shall be provided in the part of the building constituting TDT’s headquarters (floors from 0 to 6 and two underground parking garage floors, passenger lifts — 6 units and a fire lift, stairwell from floor 7 to 17, overnight accommodation rooms). The cleaning services and winter external maintenance shall be provided in the area adjacent to the building, i.e. the sidewalk and cycle paths adjacent to plots located at the intersection of Bukowińska and Puławska Streets in Warsaw, and the area adjacent to the building including roads (to the garage and fire road), access to the garage and the parking lot. The scope of the contract does not include landscaping/greenery maintenance services.
