Detailed scope of the contract, the method of its implementation, and the method of payment are contained in: Chapter II: List of county roads for winter maintenance divided into tasks and routes, Chapter III: Detailed Technical Specification, Chapter IV: Winter road maintenance standards. The Contracting Authority, pursuant to Article 441 of the Public Procurement Law, provides for a right of option, i.e. reserves the option to change the total volume of the service scope for individual tasks depending on needs relative to the quantity specified in paragraph 1, whereby: - the minimum volume of service performed is -70% of the indicated quantity; - the maximum volume of service performed is +70% of the indicated quantity. The exercise of the option by the Contracting Authority is its right, not an obligation. The Contracting Authority will exercise the option depending on its needs and financial capabilities, with the implementation of the optional contract being conducted under the financial conditions applicable to the basic contract, based on unit prices indicated by the contractor in the offer.
