TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is insurance services in the field of civil liability related to conducted activities and owned property, insurance of property against all risks, insurance of electronic equipment against all risks, and insurance of the vehicle fleet. The subject of the contract includes 3 tasks (partial offers), including: 1.1. Task No. 1 – civil liability insurance related to conducted activities and owned property 2026-2029 1.2. Task No. 2 – insurance of property against all risks and electronic equipment against all risks 2026-2029 1.3. Task No. 3 – vehicle fleet insurance service 2026-2029 2. In the case of Task No. 2 – insurance of property against all risks and electronic equipment against all risks 2026-2029, the Contracting Authority foresees the use of the option right specified in Art. 441 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, consisting of extending the subject of insurance to include insurance of buildings at replacement value. 3.
