TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is: 1) performance by the contractor of comprehensive maintenance and development services for the System for the Auditing Firms Register and Records STREFA PANA (hereinafter: the System), operated in a cloud infrastructure environment, together with: a) becoming familiar with the System before starting the performance of the System maintenance service, on the basis of documentation and source codes made available by the Contracting Authority; b) administration of the public cloud computing service intended for the System, provided by the Contracting Authority. 2) development of the System to the maximum extent of 11,000 man-hours (base contract – 4,000, option – 7,000), based on the public cloud computing service, together with: a) delivering to the Contracting Authority modifications to the System, including transfer of the source codes (uncompiled) and output codes of the Software, together with the Documentation; b) implementing modifications to the System in the System Infrastructure; c) creating, delivering to the Contracting Authority, and also transferring to the Contracting Authority economic copyrights to works created as part of the…
