1. PART 1 - includes the following tasks: Task I - supervision in the building of a medical clinic at ul. 1905 Roku 20 in Radom by one supervision staff member, from 17:30 to 21:30 on working days (from Monday to Friday) and on Saturdays from 8:00 to 13:00. Task II - the alarm signal and panic alert monitoring system together with ongoing maintenance of the alarm system and with intervention by an intervention patrol in buildings managed by MZL in Radom: − the building of a medical clinic at ul. 1905 Roku 20, − the building of a medical clinic at ul. Stasieckiego 1, − the building of a medical clinic at ul. Lubońskiego 2, − the utility building at ul. Mazowieckiego 7K, − the residential building at ul. Krychnowickiej 1 (currently unoccupied), − the office building of the Municipal Housing Management in Radom at ul. Garbarska 55/57 (a ELEMS radio link with 7 panic alert key fobs is installed in the building). − the premises used by the Centre for Senior Activity in the building at ul.
