TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract consists of successive and comprehensive services for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in hospital and administrative premises, as well as internal transport and ancillary activities for patients performed at the request of medical staff. The place where the services are provided is the Contracting Authority’s registered office located in Wieluń at ul. Szpitalna 16. The scope of services to be provided by the Contractor will include all hospital wards, diagnostic laboratories, clinics, as well as administrative rooms, communication and evacuation routes throughout the entire hospital (corridors, staircases, elevators) and windows throughout the entire hospital building. The Contractor shall be required to indicate the unit price of the service for 1 month, calculated per 1 m² of floor area for each of the separated areas. The service price shall include all costs related to the performance of the contract, including personnel costs, cleaning agents and the necessary tools and equipment.
