TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the collection of municipal waste from all properties within the administrative boundaries of the municipality of Lichnowy. Transport of all collected municipal waste from the area of the municipality of Lichnowy to the Zakład Utylizacji Odpadów Stałych Sp. z o.o., ul. Rokicka 5A, 83-110 Tczew (ZUOS Tczew). Pursuant to the inter-municipal agreement concluded, the Municipality of Lichnowy delegated to the City Municipality of Tczew the performance of a public task consisting in the management of municipal waste collected from properties covered by the municipal waste management system. Provision (lease) of properties with containers for collecting unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and maintaining them in an appropriate sanitary, technical and orderly condition. Provision of properties with devices (containers/bags) for the selective collection of municipal waste such as: paper, glass, metals, plastics, multi-material packaging waste, bio-waste, ash, and maintaining them in an appropriate sanitary, technical and orderly condition.
