TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of works related to site development for the individual tasks under the Green Budget, which have been described in the detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ): 2. The Contracting Authority allows for the submission of partial tenders under this contract for the parts indicated below: Part 1 – covering tasks No 1–5 specified in the detailed part of the OPZ. 3. The Contractor may submit a tender for one or for both parts of the contract. 4. The scope of works, the individual quantities, and their description are contained in the SWZ and in the annexes to the SWZ, i.e.: the detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ), the tender price calculation form, and the designed provisions of the contract. 5. Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority informs that it sets requirements regarding the employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor, on the basis of an employment relationship, of persons performing activities within the scope of contract performance, involving the performance of work in a manner specified in Article 22(1) of the Act of 26 June 1974…
