1. The subject of the contract is the provision of group training services for biological, foster, and adoptive parents from the area of the Biesiekierz Municipality, in the form of: 1) Training in communication and parenting competencies (understood as strengthening the relationship between the parent and the child and acquiring parenting skills and learning the practical application of appropriate parenting methods. The training equips carers with practical tools facilitating everyday functioning of the family).
