TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of medical services for soldiers and candidates for professional soldiers and for employees of the RON, in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Health and Social Welfare of 30 May 1996 on carrying out medical examinations of employees, within the scope of preventive health care over employees and medical certificates issued for purposes provided for in the Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, as amended), pursuant to Article 229(4a) of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code. The persons subject to examinations under this contract are persons working and serving in the following formations: 1 Tactical Aviation Wing, 21 Tactical Aviation Base, Military Unit No 3775 AVIA Świdwin, Military Unit No 8798 TELEINFORMATICS NODE ŚWIDWIN, Military Gendarmerie ŚWIDWIN, Voluntary Basic Military Service, Active Reserve.
