TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Contractors may apply for the award of the contract that: 1) are not subject to exclusion; 2) meet the participation conditions set by the Contracting Authority in the contract notice and in this SWZ. 2. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to demonstrate compliance with the conditions specified in Article 112(2) of the Act concerning: 1) professional capacity – the Contractor will meet the condition if it demonstrates that it has properly performed, no earlier than during the last three years before the deadline for submission of tenders, at least one service (under one agreement) in the field of sheet-metal and paint repairs with a value of at least PLN 200,000.00 gross. For the purpose of this “one service”, the Contracting Authority understands a service performed on a one-off basis or successive services performed under one agreement, including a framework agreement, or currently performed, provided that by the date of submission of tenders the performed part must include a service with a value of at least PLN 200,000.00 gross.
