TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Expected number of equipment operating hours – 380. 2. All municipal streets and roads, including municipal parking lots and the parking lot at the sports hall at Starego Urzędu Street, must be included. 3. The volume of the contract depends on weather conditions during the winter season. Payment for services will be remuneration for the actual hours of equipment operation documented by equipment work reports confirmed by village heads, estate chairpersons, or authorized persons at the Municipal Office in Czersk. The Contractor's remuneration for performed work will be payable based on a monthly invoice. The first invoice may be issued after 01.01.2027. 4. If in a given month, i.e., November, December 2026, January, February, March 2027, the remuneration for services related to winter maintenance of municipal streets/roads/sidewalks for a specific part does not exceed the amount of PLN 50,000.00 gross (including 8% VAT), the Contractor is entitled to remuneration for maintaining readiness to work by people and equipment as specified in the Terms of Reference - Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
