TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is a complete service for the removal and disposal of all waste abandoned in the warehouse hall at ul. Dojazdowa 11 in Gliwice (plot with registration number 64/2, cadastral district Nowe Gliwice). The task consists in the proper removal (including loading and transport) and disposal of the waste that is the subject of the contract, in an installation or installations for conducting the D-10 process (thermal conversion in a furnace), with capacities ensuring the disposal of those waste within the specified time, in accordance with the applicable provisions of law and in a way that is safe for the environment. The task shall be performed in accordance with the applicable regulations on waste management. The estimated mass of waste intended for removal and disposal is 1500 Mg. The Contractor will be paid for the actual quantity of waste removed and disposed of in the D-10 process.
