TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is a complete service of removal and disposal of all waste abandoned in the hall at 11 Dojazdowa Street in Gliwice (plot with cadastral number 64/2, Nowe Gliwice precinct). The task involves the lawful according to applicable regulations and environmentally safe removal (including loading and transport) and disposal of the waste which is the subject of the contract, in an installation or installations for the D-10 process (thermal treatment on land), with capacities ensuring disposal of this waste within the specified time. The task must be carried out in accordance with applicable waste management regulations. The estimated mass of waste intended for removal and disposal is 1500 Mg. The contractor will receive payment for the actual quantity of waste removed and disposed of in the D-10 process. The contracting authority will allow interested contractors a site visit of the hall at 11 Dojazdowa Street in Gliwice. The site visit with the participation of contractors will take place on 27.08.2026 at 10:00 am.
