TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is: 1) removal, securing, transport and disposal of hazardous waste located on plots no. 111 and 112 in the village of Wszedzień 20, municipality of Mogilno, in an estimated amount of approximately 2300 tons. Removal of all hazardous waste and subjecting it to appropriate final recovery or disposal processes according to the properties of the waste (in accordance with Article 27 section 3b of the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (consolidated text Journal of Laws 2023, item 1587 as amended) - hereinafter referred to as "uoo"). 2) decontamination of relevant buildings (walls, warehouse floors) to the extent required by surface contamination, 3) Ex Situ bioremediation involving excavation of soil to a depth of about 1 m over an area of approximately 2300 m2 (depending on soil test results) and transferring it to a final hazardous waste processing or disposal installation, 4) reclamation for agricultural and construction purposes of plots no. 111 and 112 with a total area of 0.95 ha.
