TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive service consisting in the removal and storage of vehicles removed from the roads of the City of Poznań pursuant to Article 130a of the Act of 20 June 1997 on Road Traffic. The performance of vehicle removal and storage services includes: 1) vehicle removal: arrival at the incident location within the time specified in the ToR (SWZ), loading, transport of the vehicle to a location designated by the Contracting Authority and unloading of the vehicle at the location designated by the Contracting Authority; 2) storage of vehicles removed from the roads: acceptance of the vehicle at the car park, parking, and release of the vehicle from the car park to an authorized person.
