Removal of vehicles from roads within the City of Ruda Śląska on the basis of Article 50a and Article 130a of the Act – Road Traffic Law, and operating a guarded parking facility for removed vehicles The subject of the contract is the removal of vehicles from roads within the City of Ruda Śląska and placing them in a guarded parking facility in situations referred to in Article 50a and Article 130a of the Act of 20 June 1997 – Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2024, item 1251, as amended).
