Removal of products containing asbestos from the area of the Kurzętnik Commune 4.1 The subject of the contract is the performance of a task entitled “Removal of products containing asbestos from the area of the Kurzętnik Commune” 4.2 The contract consists in removing the planned quantity, i.e. 16 009,32 m2 (approximately 240,14 Mg) – using the conversion factor that 1 m2 = 15 kg – of products containing asbestos from 81 properties located within the area of the Kurzętnik Commune by a specialist company holding the relevant permit. For the present contract, it was adopted in accordance with the Program for inventorying and removing products containing asbestos for the years 2010-2032 for the Kurzętnik Commune that 1 m2 of asbestos-cement sheet weighs 15 kg. 1) The scope of the contract includes in particular: • weighing products containing asbestos (asbestos-cement sheets) using the Contractor’s own (with legalization) equipment, confirmed each time by a written protocol, • preparing products containing asbestos for transport and loading them using the Contractor’s own loading equipment (HDS), a pallet truck or a hand pallet jack, • transport of the collected asbestos-containing…
