TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of performance of this public contract is the delivery of a software module for comprehensive reliability analysis procured for the needs of the Faculty of Logistics and Crisis Management of Tomas Bata University in Zlín, in the scope and in accordance with the tender specifications. The subject of performance of this public contract includes the procurement of 28 licences for using the software module. The performance also includes the handover of the licence keys and activation data required for installation. The subject of performance of this public contract is further defined in Annex No. 1 Technical Specifications and Annex No. 2 Purchase Contract, from which fulfilment of the contracting authority’s requirements for the subject of performance of this public contract will be evident.
