Performance of a comprehensive cleaning and maintenance service to keep premises and outdoor areas clean, care for greenery, and snow removal at office facilities and common parts of residential buildings administered by the Administrative and Technical Department and the Equipment and Transport Department, divided into sub-tasks (Description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Part III of the SWZ).
