TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is ongoing, year-round maintenance of cleanliness and greenery in municipal areas in the period from 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2028. The summer period covers the months from April to October, and the winter period covers the months from November to March. 2. The scope of the basic contract includes in particular: ongoing maintenance of cleanliness, summer maintenance, including scheduled mowing performed in accordance with the mowing schedule, and maintaining lawns, caring for greenery, maintaining walkways, pavements, squares, stairs, ramps, paved surfaces, playground, outdoor stage, elements of small architecture and places of national remembrance, as well as winter maintenance of areas. 3.
