TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is a service for maintaining cleanliness in the office buildings of the District Court in Koszalin and in the building at ul. Zwycięstwa 140 in Koszalin on the III and IV floors. The scope of the contract includes ongoing cleaning of office rooms, archives, toilets, and communication corridors with a total area of approx. 9 313.04 m2, as well as maintaining cleanliness (including snow removal) of outdoor areas with an area of approx. 1 336 m2, watering and mowing the green area with an area of 137 m2, and also maintaining cleanliness and snow removal around the entrances to the facilities (including the stairs).
