TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in maintaining cleanliness at the Regional Branch of the Agricultural Social Insurance Fund in Lublin and at 11 subordinate Local Units, i.e. in the Local Units in Kraśnik, Lubartów, Łęczna, Opole Lubelskie, Piaski, Puławy, Ryk, Janów Lubelski, Bełżyce, Kock, and Bychawa. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Chapter II – Annex No 1 to the Draft Contractual Provisions (separately for each part of the contract). 3. The Contractor’s obligations in particular include: 1) performing the service in accordance with Annex No 1 to the Draft Contractual Provisions, including supplying the facilities with cleaning agents as well as hygiene and air-freshening/perfuming agents, 2) performing the contract using the Contractor’s own resources and tools, 3) carrying out the assigned work in a timely and diligent manner. 4.
