TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The scope of the contract includes maintaining road and other engineering structures located within the City of Lublin, under the administration of ZDiTM, involving the performance of maintenance, preventive, repair and other works aimed at increasing road traffic safety levels, extending the service life of the structures, and improving their aesthetics. 2. The detailed scope of the works is specified in the tender cost estimate – Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ. 3. The detailed scope, time and order of execution of the works will be determined by the Contracting Authority based on its own information, information provided by the Contractor resulting from patrol runs, reports from street users, the Municipal Police (Straż Miejska), the Police (Policja), the Crisis Management Centre (Centrum Zarządzania Kryzysowego), and recommendations resulting from periodic inspections of engineering structures. 1.
