TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract is: 1.1. Provision of Maintenance Services and Development Services; 1.2. Extension of the existing YOOtheme software to PRO version (Developer license), together with its maintenance; 1.3. Supply, installation and activation of add-ons, hereinafter collectively referred to as “Add-ons”, together with their maintenance; in accordance with: • “Description of the subject of the contract” (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), • “Detailed description of the subject of the contract for providing technical support and guarantees for equipment” (Annex No. 2a to the SWZ), • “Service level requirements (SLA) and rules for handling reports” (Annex No. 2b to the SWZ), • on the terms and conditions set out in the “Template of the contract” (Annex No. 13 to the SWZ). 1.
