TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the Maintenance and development service for devices for reading registration number plates for the Automatic Vehicle Registration Number Recognition System (hereinafter referred to as the System) for the benefit of tax administration chambers in accordance with the Description of the subject matter of the contract, constituting Annex No 1 to the Agreement. 2. A list of locations in which the System is located is included in point 3.3 of the Description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ). 3. The subject matter of the contract consists of the guaranteed order and the option right on the basis of the detailed terms specified in Annex No 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject matter of the contract and Annex No 3 to the SWZ – Designed provisions of the agreement: 3.1. The guaranteed order will consist in performing the Maintenance service along with replacing the Devices indicated in Annex No 1/A to the SWZ. 3.2.
