Maintenance of vertical and horizontal road markings, parking lots and squares. II. DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT 1. The subject of the contract is the maintenance of vertical and horizontal road markings within the area of the city of Bieruń on roads, squares and parking lots, which are under the management of the Municipality of Bieruń. 2. The scope of works and their description are set out in the SWZ and in the appendices to the SWZ, i.e.: detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (SOPZ), and in the drafted provisions of the contract. 3. Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the Public Procurement Law Act, the Contracting Authority informs that it sets requirements regarding the employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor, on the basis of an employment relationship, of persons performing activities within the scope of performance of the contract, involving performing work in the manner specified in Article 22(1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labour Code.
